Join us for OE5 Bootcamp, a 2-day Affordable Care Act (ACA) in person training for Illinois enrollment assisters facilitated by experts on Medicaid and the Marketplace. Certified Application Counselors (CACs) and Navigators will benefit from this training which will provide detailed information on eligibility for Medicaid and the Marketplace, the enrollment process, including significant changes to processes, systems, and policies as we enter the fourth open enrollment period. Get Covered Illinois will not be providing in-person training for assisters in 2017, so this is a great opportunity to hear directly from ACA experts, ask questions and mingle with your peers.
The training is designed to cater to the needs of enrollment assisters, whether this is your first open enrollment period or your fifth. You may register for just one day or both. (Completion of the federal enrollment assister training is strongly encouraged for first time assisters before attending this training. The federal training can be accessed here.)
The small registration fee for this event includes training from local health policy experts and printed copies of the training materials. The registration fee does not include lunch or parking; attendees will be given an hour break for lunch each day.
