Creating a Healthy Lifestyle: Eating and Cooking for Health in the Rockford Community

EverThrive Illinois and the Rockford Region MCH Family Council are hosting a healthy lifestyle community event to educate community members about nutrition, healthy eating and drinking, and the health harms of sugary drinks. The event will include educational information, hands-on activities including "Sugar Shocker" and "Blubber Burger", and a healthy cooking demonstration. All attendees will receive a gift bag that includes groceries to recreate the healthy and yummy cooking demonstration recipe at home!
